Rocky Road

Description:
Rocky Road is a type of dessert made up of milk chocolate and marshmallow which is usually served in individual portions

Ingredients:

125g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
40g mini marshmallows
25g chopped walnuts
25g dried strawberries

Directions:

Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Put the chocolate in a large heatproof bowl.
Set the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Stir the marshmallows, walnuts and strawberries into the melted chocolate, until well coated.
Put heaped teaspoons of the mixture on the prepared baking tray.
Leave to chill in the refrigerator until set.
