Ingredients:
4 eggs
1.5 cup milk
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon of oil in the pan before every crape
Thickened cream to dress
Directions:
Mix egg, milk and then add flour.
Heat oil on medium heat in a pan and swirl to coat the pan.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and swirl quickly to coat entirely.
Fry until bubbles up and golden. Turn over and repeat.
Transfer to a plate and spread with plum spread, strawberry jam ar any other sweet jam.
