Ingredients:

Pickling brine (1.5 Tbs salt for 1 liter of water)
600g whole, small to medium cucumbers
1 tsp mustard seeds per jar
1 clove garlic per jar
2 dill flowers and stems per jar

NOTE: Don't use table salt, any salt that is not iodized.
      Don't use tap water, use bottled water.

Directions:
  1. Cut off 1cm from flowering end (not the stem end), it has enzymes that will make the pickles soft.

  2. Place above ingredients in jars then stuff them with cucumbers.

  3. Pore brine to the brim to cover cucumbers.

  4. Don't tighten the lid and place in room temperature dark place.

  5. Pickles will be ready after 5-10 days.

  6. Place in the fridge to stop fermentation process.
