6-8 egg yokes
1 cup good quality vodka
1 cup milk
250g sugar
1/2 cup water

Add yokes and sugar in to a mixer and mix until mixture is pale yellow and smooth.
Add milk and mix through.
Combine water and vodka and slowly add while mixing. Do not add fast as the mixture will separate.
Store in a fridge and shake bottle before puring.
