Creamy Mushroom Sauce

This delicious thick creamy sauce is perfect on a nice steak.

Ingredients:

1 pack Button mushrooms thinly sliced
300 ml Thickened cream
1 tbs plain flour
2 tbs Sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/5 tsp Salt
50g butter
Directions:
Preheat large frying pan and melt butter.
Add mushrooms and cook on medium till soft.
Add cream, flour and sugar and cook for 15 - 20 min stirring constantly until cream reduced and thickened. Don't have the heat too high as the cream might separate.
Add Salt and pepper to taste.
