Put ketchup, mustard, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and wine into an electric cooker and mix.
Cover and cook on Low while preparing meatballs.
Mix eggs, milk, and bread crumbs in a bowl.
Add meat, salt, seasoned pepper, parsley, onion, and remaining Worcestershire sauce, mix lightly.
Shape into small balls.
Heat butter in a skillet, add meatballs and brown on all sides.
Add browned meatballs to sauce in cooker, mix.
Cover and cook on Low 4 hours.
