Mustard Cream Sauce

This sauce can be used for Beef steak, Pork or Chicken.

Ingredients:
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 cup (60ml) dry white wine
3 tbs wholegrain mustard
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
275ml cream
Directions:
Add the garlic to the frying pan and cook for 1 min.
Stir in the wine thyme and mustard.
Increase the heat to Med-High and pour in the cream. Simmer for 5 min or until sauce has reduced and thickened slightly.
Season to taste.
