Description:
This is a traditional Polish dish. It is one of my favorites and goes well on a cold rainy day

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken liver
2 large brown onions (sliced)
1 glass of water
Plain flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut away any fat and vain from all pieces of liver.
Roll each piece in plain flour and brown all sides.
Add slices of onion and mix with chicken liver
Add a glass of water and on small heat simmer for 30 minutes.
Towards the end of 30 minutes sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve with mash potatoes.
