Ingredients:

4 Tbs peanut oil..
2 pcs carrots sliced into strips
1/2 of a whole medium size cabbage sliced into medium chunks
2 chopped onions
1 head chopped garlic
500g pork kasim or chicken sliced into small strips
1/2 tsp salt and ground black pepper
4 Tbsp soy sauce
8 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
hot water enough to submerge meat (NOTE!!! Adjust the amount of broth when meat is soft.. If broth is salty, which means it has reduced too much, you could add a bit more water until the broth is according to preference.. And if the broth is a bit bland, you could add a bit more of the seasonings I gave according to preference)
500g pancit bato (or noodles of your choice)
Directions:
Heat 3 Tbsp of oil and fry carrots for 5min
Add sliced cabbage fry for 2min and set aside.
Add 2 Tbsp of oil and saute onion for 2 min..
Add Garlic and saute for further 1 min..
Add meat and saute for until brownish 5 min
Season with salt and pepper and saute for further 5 min till fat renders
Add 4 Tbsp Soy sauce, 8 Tbsp Oyster sauce and 2 Tbsp liquid seasoning,mix and reduce on high flame.
Add hot water just to cover the meat and mix, wait till boil and set on low to simmer till meat is cooked. Taste broth.. adjust if necessary.
Set the meat aside and add noodles to the broth and cook for 5-7min and turn off the flame.
Add meat and cabbage and mix well...
Turn flame back on and reduce sauce a bit more...
Serve hot..
