Trim fat off the chops and cut to bite size pieces.
Put meat (bones and all), garlic, onions, oyster sauce, soy sauce and half the water into a large pot and bring to boil. Once it boils turn heat down and simmer covered for 40min or until meat is tender soft stirring often.
In the mean time chop the cabbage and carrots.
Add carrots and simmer for 10 min.
Add cabbage and simmer mixing for 20 min.
Serve with rice.
