Ingredients:

1 rack of lamb (about 8 ribs)
1 tsp ground mustard seeds
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs Ketchup
1 tsp Cider vinegar
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tsp of Tabasco sauce (cooked meat will not be spicy)
Directions:
Dry lamb rack with paper towel and remove underside membrane.
Line baking dish with aluminum foil and place rack of lamb in the middle.
mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread over lamb covering both sides. Make sure the lamb rack is fat side down.
Cover top with aluminum foil sealing it.
Place in an oven at 150 degree C for 1 hour. Baste in juices half way through.
