First 5 ingredients all separate (not sugar or honey), boil water and pore all over and let sit overnight 10 hours at least.
Drain and finely dice.
Cut crusts of bread slices and cut into 1cm cubes.
sprinkle with milk just to make it moist and gently mix through. Make sure bread is not too dry or wet.
Add all ingredients and mix through adding sugar and honey to taste.
Cover and refrigerate.
