New family favorite. Nice with mash, pasta or on its own. Great for the winter evenings..

Ingredients:

750 beef mince
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried mixed spices
400g jar of Bolognese sauce
400g tin of crushed tomatoes
1 and 1/4 cups of water
Directions:
Mix rice, onion, herbs and seasoning together in a bowl.
Shape in to bite-sized balls.
Heat Bolognese sauce, crushed tomatoes and water until boiling, then drop in meatballs.
Simmer for 45min.

HINT: I use an ice cube tray sprayed with cooking oil to get consistent ball size, once full flip over and roll a ball.
