Bring Rice and water to boil then turn off cover and leave.. Rice will be ready in 15 to 20 min.
Heat wok and add 1 Tbsp peanut oil
Whisk eggs with a Tbsp of water and cook till done.
Take out eggs and cook bacon for a few minutes.
Take out bacon and cook prawns for a few minutes.
Take out prawns and cook the remaining vegetables.
Gradually add, prawns, bacon, egg and chicken stock and another tablespoon of peanut oil.
Gradually add the rice then gradually add soy sauce to taste.
