Creamy Chilli Prawns

This pink and plump prawns cooked in a combination of creamy and chill sauce great to serve as appetizer or main dish for those who love HOT!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 cup all-purpose cream
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 125g Creamy Yogurt (Natural)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup sliced onion
1 kg prawn, peeled and deveined
salt and pepper to taste
baguette or French bread slices
parsley

Directions:
Combined the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside.
Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until limp. Add prawns and cook until it changes color.
Add prepared chili-cream mixture and cook while continuously stirring for another 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on top of toasted baguette or French bread slices. Garnish with parsley on top.
