Leftover Chicken Soup
One packet of tripe Salt Pepper 3 carrots cut in to quarter strips 3 tbs Marjoram 2 - 3 tbs of plain flour |

Directions: | ||||||||||||
Boil tripe in water (with some salt) for 60-90 min
Drain tripe and cut in to thin strips. (optional) Remove chicken from leftover Chicken Soup Add just enough Chicken Soup to cover tripe. Add salt, pepper, carrots and marjoram to taste. Mix flour in 1 glass of water and add to soup. Bring to boil stirring and let it simmer for 10 min or until carrots are very soft. Serve hot. |
